Driver Information

Driving

This means you're the actual driver (if you're a passenger in a car, select no). This also includes drivers that are not delivering as well as those delivering, so that we have an idea on required car parking. We can only guarantee parking for those drivers willing to deliver baskets.

Deliveries

We are ALWAYS short of deliver drivers and so we would really encourage people to offer to do a delivery. Drivers willing to deliver will be released early, starting from 1pm for WAVE 1 until 3pm for WAVE 4. We ask that you are as flexible as possible with where you can deliver. Delivering the baskets can be a beautiful and humbling experience. We need delivering drivers to be checked in by 10am at the latest.

Please indicate the three boroughs you would like to deliver to. We will try our best to allocate baskets based on preferences but this is not always possible. The list now shows those Boroughs that we still need drivers for. Sorry if the Borough you'd like is not on the list, it means we don't have any remaining nominations for that Borough. IF NO Boroughs are selected then we'll assume you're happy to deliver to any borough.

Basket Brigade UK Donations

To participate in Basket Brigade UK, we ask that you make a small donation. Please enter an amount below, minimum is £10. It costs just £15 to provide a basket to feed 4 people with a special meal this Christmas.

Registration Terms and Conditions for Volunteers participating in the event

By registering as a volunteer/Basketeer for Basket Brigade UK, you agree to the following :

Should the event be cancelled, moved or changed in any way, you agree not to hold responsible Basket Brigade UK for any inconvenience or incurred loss of time or money.
To manage your own health and well being at all times during the event and any onward deliveries.
When making deliveries, please ensure your own safety and the safety of those with you.
That any items you bring with you remain your responsibility throughout the entire event. Basket Brigade UK is not liable for any loss or damage, including to vehicles.
During the event photography, video recording and live streaming will be taking place for promotional purposes, by attending you're giving consent for your photo to be taken and used in any promotional material.
That if you wish to take your own photos, videos or do live streaming that you obtain the permission of those that you involve and respect the privacy of others who do not wish to appear in your images.
Any parking tickets, ULEZ, Congestion Charge or other charges you incur while delivering are your responsibility and not that of Basket Brigade UK.
If you have children under the age of 18 with you, they remain your responsibility throughout the duration of the day plus you ensure their well being at all times.
If you are given any 3rd party data, .e.g. addresses for the recipients when delivering, you accept to destroy/delete the data within 24 hours of receiving it. You also agree not to pass this data on to anyone for any reason.
